USA FLAG 5v5 Non-Contact Rules:

EmpowHER Flag Football strives to follow the rules that are considered official to flag football. During this time of major growth and the boom of our sport, there will be adjustments and adaptions on a tournament, national, and international level. Ultimately, we will adapt to the rules that will be in the Olympics. At this time, we are still researching and confirming. 

In the meantime, USA Flag Football has been one of the largest tournaments held with majority of the USA National players participating at these events.
