empowHER's Flag Football Tournament is back! The tournament is DRAFT style and it will follow Air it Out USA Flag Football Rules. Registration includes (1) spot on a roster and (1) jersey.

Players sign up as Free Agents. A Google Doc is attached for each player to fill out. Please fill this out ASAP! Players must fill this out to participate in the draft tournament.

Quarterbacks will draft teams on March 16, 2026 and will reach out to their teams shortly after to begin tournament preparation. Once teams are finalized, an email will be sent regarding jersey sizing.

Due to the quick turnaround for this tournament, jersey sizing must be completed immediately. Please be on the lookout for the jersey sizing email on 3/16/26 and respond as soon as possible to ensure timely ordering.
